General Policy

  • Unique, Made-to-Order Products: All our products are uniquely produced on-demand. This means returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify, you must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact Us: Use the “Submit Issue” form on our website or email us at info@outdoordoer.com.
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach a clear photo showing the issue with the product.
  3. Multiple Items: If multiple products are affected by the same issue, include an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame.

Refund Details

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Currency Note: If your billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Important Considerations

  • Order Errors: We will not be responsible for reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: For unsuccessful deliveries, you can choose between a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Tolerance: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
